MPECH – SPECIAL COMPACT PEELER FOR HUKKI AND TEXTILE CASINGS

Compact peeler specially designed for cured sausages

The compact peeler MPECH1200 is designed to remove the Hukki casing and Textile casing from cured sausage bars before slicing them.

The compact machine can peel Hukki and Textile casing. It can operate without a hydration unit if your product does not need to be hydrated before peeling. It can also peel fibrous casings, collagen and cellulose.

The peeler, if necessary, can work in conjunction with a hydration unit (available in the accessories section) to soften the casings of products such as loin, chorizo, salami or pepperoni before peeling them.

The MPECH1200 it has a productive capacity of up to 600 pieces per hour depending on the product and the casing; and a standard length that can accommodate products ranging from at least 500 mm to 1,200 mm in length. This size can be adjusted based on the length of your product.

For products with a calibre of less than 35 mm and a soft texture, we recommend the MPE12 model. The MPEC and MPECH models feature a product conveyance system that is not suitable for this type of application.
