MPEC – AUTOMATIC COMPACT PEELER

Compact peeler specially designed for cured sausages

The compact peeler MPEC1200 it is designed to remove the casing from the cured sausage bars (cellulose, collagen, fibrous, etc....) before slicing them.

The Compact Machine can also work without a hydrator unit if your product do not require hydration before being peeled.

The cured sausages peeler can work, if necessary, with a hydrator unit (available in the accessories section) that softens the casings of products such as loin, chorizo, longaniza, salami or pepperoni before peeling them.

The MPEC1200 it has a productive capacity of up to 600 pieces per hour depending on the product and the casing; and a standard length that can accommodate products ranging from at least 500 mm to 1,200 mm in length. This size can be adjusted based on the length of your product.

For products with a calibre of less than 35 mm and a soft texture, we recommend the MPE12 model. The MPEC and MPECH models feature a product conveyance system that is not suitable for this type of application.
