Casing shredder machine
The Casing Shredder Machine AMPE04 is designed to shred the natural and plastic casings coming out of our automatic peeling lines.
El Shredder can operate continuously with our peeling machines, and is capable of absorbing twice the production capacity. Its production rate is 60 pieces per minute.
The AMPE04 shredder handles products with a maximum length of 1,600 mm and a range of gauges from 30 mm to 110 mm.
The equipment is connected directly to the outlet of the casing tube and is not affected by moisture or the texture of the waste. It instantly shreds aluminum clips and casings, both plastic and natural.
The shredder is designed to hold a *standard 1,200 x 1,000 x 760 mm container of 1,200 liters.
