PTPC – HIGH PERFORMANCE COMPACT PEELER FOR PLASTIC CASINGS

The high-performance plastic casing peeling machine PTP12C is designed to offer exceptional performance in the sausage industry, guaranteeing speed, efficiency and quality in the plastic casing removal process.

The compact plastic casing peeler works by manual or automated feeding at the machine entrance. In the first phase we cut the contour of the product tips. In the second phase we remove the tips from the casing with the clip, which are evacuated with conveyor belts to a point where they are transported to the outside of the machine to be sucked into a container or, optionally, to a shredder. In the third phase, we make a longitudinal cut in the piece and, finally, we remove the casing from the product with the patented dynamic unwinding system.

The PTP12C has a production capacity of up to 800 pieces per hour, depending on the product; and a standard length to accept products from 1,000mm up to 1,200mm.
