The 3D scanning station is the right accessory to add to the inlet of our Ultrasonic Cutting Machines for cheese to achieve fixed weight portions. It ensures that the weight of the portions is constant and within the required parameters. The precision 3D sensors analyze the product to be cut (length and perpendicular) so that the machine can correctly calculate the portions within a programmed weight.

The station of weight control is a dynamic weighing system with a belt that incorporates a metal detector with a double rejection pneumatic system to detect and reject incorrect weights and metal contamination at the exit of the Ultrasonic Cutter.

With these systems it can be guaranteed that the portions will come out with very high percentages of accuracy.
