PTP12

The high-production Plastic Casing Peeler PTP12 it is designed to offer exceptional performance in the sausage industry, guaranteeing speed, efficiency and quality in the plastic casing removal process.

The Plastic Casing Peeler works through manual or automated feeding at the machine inlet area of the machine. On the first phase we cut the contour of the product tips. On the second phase, we remove the casing tips with the clip, which are evacuated with the conveyor belts to a point where they are transported outside the machine to be stucked into a container or optionally into a shredder. On the third phase we make a cut along the piece and, on the forth phase, we remove the casing from the product with the patented dynamic unwinding system.

The PTP12 has a productive capacity of up to 1,800 mm pieces per hour, depending on the product; and a standar length to accept products of 1,000 mm, as a minimum, up to 1,200 mm.
