Exit conveyor + metal detector + rejection mechanism
The CDM is composed of a conveyor which is located at the outlet of our peeling machines.
At the end of the conveyor, there is a metal detector that detects the clips of the casings.
Further ahead there is a rejection mechanism of the pieces that have not been peeled, and these are then transferred to a table with a capacity of 10 pieces.
If there are any unpeeled pieces, the operator must manually separate the casing from the sausage and then pass it through the metal detector.
It is the only solution that rejects unpeeled pieces.
